- The capability fits the case
- A model, a method or a tool is chosen because it is right for the problem in front of it. Nothing is adopted for being new, and nothing is built so that replacing what sits underneath means rewriting what sits above.
- Asynchronous by default
- Work runs as queued jobs with retries and repeatable results. A slow step degrades one job, never the service.
- Built in the cloud, with AWS specialists
- Managed services and autoscaling for load that arrives in bursts, run by people who know the platform properly. The operational surface stays small enough to run well.
- Planning ahead of the obligation
- Chile's Law 21.719 takes full effect on 1 December 2026. Regional storage and processing, and the data-subject workflows that come with it, are being planned ahead of that date.
