Ximitless

Product 02 In internal development

Every obligation a Chilean SpA owes arrives on a known date — which is exactly the kind of problem software should be handling.

Every Chilean SpA owes the same recurring set of filings, reconciliations and deadlines. Ximitless was tracking its own by hand. This is what it is building instead.

01

What it does

Four things, for one kind of company.

Filing calendar
Every recurring obligation of a Chilean SpA, dated, in one place, for the year ahead.
Reconciliation
What the company believes it has filed, checked against what the tax authority's own records show.
Deadline alerts
Warnings early enough to act on, rather than confirmations that something has already been missed.
Regime monitoring
Changes to the tax regime a company sits under, and what they oblige it to start doing differently.
02

Why the company is building it

It is the second product, and the first one built for the company itself. That is deliberate: a tool for an obligation you do not carry is a guess.

Its first user is the company that makes it
Every obligation it tracks is one Ximitless has to meet. If it does not work, the company finds out before anyone else does.
A known problem, on a known date
Nothing here is a guess about what a company needs. The obligations are published and the dates are fixed. The work is to stop them being tracked by hand.

The product has no name yet, it is in internal development, and there is no public release date. Ximitless is its first user.
